Background
A legal perspective shaped by different disciplines
Before practicing law and Costa Rican notarial work, Rosa C. Chacón Vásquez spent more than fifteen years with the Costa Rican Judiciary as a Judicial Expert in Social Work. She no longer practices professionally as a social worker.
That experience gave her firsthand insight into family and personal disputes in which legally relevant facts coexist with relationships, social circumstances, and decisions that cannot always be understood in isolation.
Today, that background converges with her legal practice, allowing her to understand each matter in context, identify its legal implications, and define a strategy suited to the particular circumstances of the case.
